Who we are

Rhiza Practice Growth LLC ("Rhiza," "we," "us") is a Georgia marketing and operations company serving private mental-health practices. This policy covers rhizapracticegrowth.com and the ways you contact us from it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you email us, book an audit, or use the chat on this page, we receive what you share: typically your name, email address, phone number, practice name, and whatever you tell us about your practice.
• Information collected automatically. Standard server and security logs through our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We use these to keep the site working and secure. This website does not run third-party advertising trackers.
• Chat messages. The chat on this page is operated through our practice-management platform (LeadConnector by HighLevel), which processes messages on our behalf.

What this website is not for

This site is for practice owners and administrators, not for people seeking therapy. Please do not share clinical information, health information, or anything about a specific client through this website or its chat. When we work with client practices as a service provider, any protected health information involved in that work is governed by written Business Associate Agreements and separate safeguards. It never flows through this website.

How we use your information

• To respond when you contact us and to schedule and run your Practice Growth Audit
• To provide services you engage us for, under a written agreement
• To operate, secure, and improve this website
• To meet legal and tax obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not run affiliate marketing programs, and we never buy, sell, rent, or trade contact lists. Every person we contact reached out to us first or engaged our services.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we use texting for scheduling, reminders, and service communication related to your inquiry or engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Phone numbers collected for texting, and text-messaging consent, are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Service providers we rely on

A small set of vendors process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us: Google Workspace (email and calendaring), Cloudflare (website hosting, DNS, and security), and LeadConnector by HighLevel (chat, scheduling, and our client-relationship system). If we ever add payment processing to this site, it will run through a dedicated payment processor and card details will never touch our servers.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies: security cookies set by our hosting provider and the session that keeps the chat working. No third-party advertising cookies are set by this website.

How long we keep information

As long as we need it to respond to you, serve you, or meet legal requirements, and no longer. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a record.

Your choices

Email aaron@rhizagrowth.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Every marketing email we ever send will carry an unsubscribe link.

Children

This website and our services are for business professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes get a plain-language note at the top.
